Open Studios
There are three categories of Open Studio:
- Artist Studio: £100 (£50*) – a show of work in an artist’s home or studio
- Exhibition: £120 (£60*) – a show of work in a non-commercial space, (barn, village hall, etc.)
- Gallery/Business: £140 (£70*) – a commercial gallery, shop, pub etc.
All Open Studio artists are given a Rollington Exhibition allocation:
– one framed work of art or one 3D work of art or six pieces of jewellery
– five mounted works of art that will be displayed in a print browser or five small 3D works of art
– twenty cards over two rows in a card carousel
*We offer a 50% discount on Open Studio exhibition fees to students who are under 30 and in full time education or within 2 years of graduation and to registered Charities
Additional & Guest Artists
Any Open Studio may invite other registered Members to exhibit as Additional Artists. They may also invite established artists who are ineligible to become Members to exhibit as Guest Artists.

All Additional and Guest Artists are given a Rollington Exhibition allocation:
– one framed work of art or one 3D work of art or six pieces of jewellery
– five mounted works of art that will be displayed in a print browser or five small 3D works of art

Rollington
- 2D Artists £100 (£50*)
– six framed works of art that will fit within a maximum hanging space of 7ft by 3ft 6ins
– ten mounted works of art that will be displayed in a print browser
– thirty cards over three rows in a card carousel
- 3D Artists £100 (£50*)
– six works of art that will fit within a maximum exhibition space of 18in by 3ft
– ten small works of art that will also fit within the allocated exhibition space
– thirty cards over three rows in a card carousel
- Jewellery Artists £100 (£50*)
– thirty-six pieces of jewellery that will fit onto two shelves of a glass display cabinet
– ten mounted works of art that will be displayed in a print browser
– thirty cards over three rows in a card carousel
All screens, hanging, dais, print browsers and card carousels are provided. We ask that all framed work has D rings attached in the top third of the picture frame. Allocations can be split between 2D, 3D and Jewellery. Framed works of art to be hung, and mounted works of art to be displayed in print browsers. can be originals or prints.

*If an Open Studio has an Artist at work, is providing workshops or if offering any other interactive opportunities for visitors, then they can have an additional 15 words in the brochure to promote this.
Members are very welcome to exhibit as both a Rollington Artist and as an Open Studio Artist but please note that you only get one Rollington allocation per Artist. So, for example, if you are exhibiting as a Rollington Artist and as an Additional Artist, your maximum number of works for display would be 6, not 7. If you are applying for an Open Studio and Rollington, (to increase your work allocation), your Rollington application will be put on the waiting list. Your application will be confirmed once applications have closed and we know how many artists we can accommodate.
